CHARACTER SURVEY JAZZ
BODY AND APPEARANCE 1. Describe the character's height and build. Is he heavyset, thin, short, rangy? 4'9", forever a bit on the small side--but otherwise a pretty average build for an athletic kid of his apparent age. 2. How old is he? Physically, permanently 10; technically, he's 12 years old by BN5 3. Describe his posture. Does he carry himself well or does he slouch? Very good posture, generally! He's always proper and upright by default. 4. How is his health? Is he fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities? In excellent shape for a Navi, hale and hearty! Lan is usually pretty meticulous in ensuring that he's running smooth and bug-free after any new customization or install. As a human he had a terminal heart disease called HBD, but fortunately this has not transferred to his program frame. 5. How does he move? Is he clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid? Pretty calm and practical? Not terribly remarkable. He tends to be pretty straightforward with any action, no flourish necessary. 6. How attractive is this character physically? How does he perceive himself in the mirror? He's pretty cute??? LIKE IN A PUPPY WAY...you want to give him a noogie more than anything. By program standards he's also apparently so well-coded that it actually shows on a physical level to those paying attention, as well?? To the point that even enemies will occasionally compliment Dr. Hikari's obvious programming finesse here 7. Describe his complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred? Light and clear! Programs don't scar or tan, if they have 'skin' to start with at all. 8. Describe his hair: color, texture, style. Short, brown and flippy?? But mostly straight. It spikes out in a ducktail at the base of his neck when he has his helmet on. When his helmet's off, it's parted at the middle, and he has a widow's peak that fans out in bangs; he more obviously takes after his father...unlike Lan, whose hair tends to be a nebulous piled mess without his headband at the worst of times. Hat hair is still a frequent threat, though. 9. What color are his eyes? Green! Though this is modified; they were originally brown. 10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
